How FitNeo uses your Google data
When you choose to connect a Google service, FitNeo requests only what that feature needs:
- Gmail — to draft member campaigns in, and (only after you explicitly approve each one) send them from, your own inbox. FitNeo never sends email without your approval.
- Google Calendar — to read your class schedule and, when you book a meeting with a candidate, add that event to your calendar.
- Google Search Console — to read how your studio ranks in Google Search so the co-pilot can advise on visibility.
You connect each service yourself, you can disconnect at any time, and your tokens are encrypted at rest. FitNeo's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
