Common topics

Getting started: sign in with your studio name and the one-time code we email you. No password to remember.
Connecting services: connecting Gmail, Calendar, or Search Console is optional and reversible. Manage them under Connections in the app.
Billing: your subscription is managed through your FitNeo account on the web; the app links out to manage it.
Team: owners can invite teammates by email from the Team screen.

Delete your account

You can delete your FitNeo account and all associated data at any time, right inside the app: open Account and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your data and cannot be undone.

Prefer to do it by email? Write to support@fitneo.ai from your account email with the subject "Delete my account", and we'll permanently remove your data. Disconnecting a service in the app removes its stored tokens immediately.
