The service
FitNeo provides software that helps fitness and Pilates studio owners manage reputation, visibility, outreach, hiring, and content. Features vary by subscription plan.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you create and send, and for complying with applicable laws (including anti-spam laws) when emailing your contacts.
- You must have the right to connect any third-party account you link to FitNeo.
- You will keep your login credentials secure.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via our payment processor. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not use FitNeo to send unsolicited bulk email, to harass, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, FitNeo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Insights are advisory and do not guarantee outcomes.
