FitNeo ("FitNeo", "we") provides a growth co-pilot for fitness and Pilates studio owners. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@ratemyreformer.com.
Information we collect
- Account data: your studio name, email, and phone number, used to create and secure your account.
- Connected-service data: only when you explicitly connect a service, and only the scopes that feature needs (see below).
- Usage data: actions you take in the product, to operate and improve the service.
Google user data
If you connect a Google account, FitNeo accesses only the following, and only to provide the feature you asked for:
- Gmail (
gmail.send): only after you explicitly approve a campaign, to send it from your own inbox. We do not read your inbox, we do not access your drafts, and we never send email without your per-campaign approval. - Google Calendar (
calendar.events): to read your class schedule and to add meeting events you choose to book. - Google Search Console (
webmasters.readonly): to read your site's search performance so the co-pilot can advise on visibility. - Basic profile email: to show which account is connected.
Limited Use
FitNeo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you enable; we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service, for security, or to comply with law; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, or as required by law.
How data is stored and protected
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never exposed to your browser or other tenants. Each studio's data is isolated. You can disconnect any service at any time, which removes its stored tokens; you can also delete your account from inside the app under Account, which permanently removes your data.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We use sub-processors (e.g. cloud hosting and email infrastructure) only to operate the service, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Your choices
Connecting any service is optional and reversible. To disconnect, remove the connection in the app. To delete your account and associated data, open Account in the app and choose Delete account. You can also request deletion by email at hello@ratemyreformer.com.
